Product Description
Monel K500 seamless pipe is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant nickel-copper alloy pipe made without seams, suitable for harsh environments where both strength and corrosion resistance are critical. Used in marine, chemical, oil and gas industries, and requires specialized manufacturing and handling.

- Mechanical Strength: Tensile strength ~1000-1300 MPa, yield strength ~550-1000 MPa (after heat treatment).
- Corrosion Resistance: Excellent resistance to seawater, hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, and alkalis; resists stress corrosion cracking.
- Temperature Tolerance: Effective up to ~550°C; maintains properties at elevated temperatures.
